Plain-English summary. Abilivo is a pre-launch evaluation tool. We don't store the papers, resumes, or evidence you upload. We don't sell anything to anyone. The only personal data we collect is whatever you voluntarily type into the "Request access" form (your email + optional message). We use a small set of standard third-party services (Anthropic for AI, Resend for email, Vercel for hosting, Upstash for rate-limiting) — listed below.

Who we are

Abilivo is an early-stage tool that evaluates evidence for merit-based US immigration petitions (EB1A, O-1, NIW). It is operated by an independent founder. We are not a law firm and the service is not legal advice. See Terms for details.

What we collect

What we don't collect

Third parties (subprocessors)

To run the service we use:

Each provider has its own privacy policy — link out and read theirs if you'd like the full picture.

Bring-your-own-key (BYOK) mode

If you use BYOK mode (you supply your own sk-ant-... Anthropic key), your key is transmitted via HTTPS to our proxy, used once to call Anthropic, and discarded. We do not log, store, or persist your API key. If this isn't acceptable, don't use BYOK mode — use the free demo or call Anthropic directly without going through Abilivo.

Your choices

International users

Abilivo is operated from the United States. If you are in the EU or another jurisdiction with stricter privacy laws (GDPR, etc.), be aware that submitting evidence sends it to US-based providers (Anthropic, Vercel, Upstash, Resend). We do not currently offer a data-residency option. If this is unacceptable for your case, don't submit through the demo.

Changes

If we change how data is handled, we'll update this page and bump the "Last updated" date.
